They also require special attention which is not limited to the healing period, as corset piercings need meticulous care even afterwards.
During the healing period the piercings must not be laced, as it slows down the healing.
If laced, corset piercings might end up rejected by the wearer’s organism.
Because of the large number of piercing surfaces that recover at the same time, the healing period might be a bit longer at corset piercings.
